Hotel was a new building, the location for the carpark wasnt convenient and very confusing, the hours for the breakfast was disappointing, 7.00am to 9.00am only, normally breakfast runs through till 10.00am at other hotels.

Good sized room with nice bathroom, excellent staff. Central heating, a work desk and television were convenient. Location just off tram lines and train station, the Le Mans and a pedestrian street.
Really loud area.

The units had a nice bathroom. Great location right next to the train station, tram lines, pedestrian street, and Le Mans for the 24 Hours. - Also not far from Ile aux Planches.

Value for money. Ease of travel to Old City. Parking facilities (although initially complicated to find).
Located right next to station platforms. Noise control fine in winter but if windows open in warmer weather could be disruptive.

Good access to shops and trams to old town. Freedom to make drinks and have simple meals in room. Though right next to train station and tram lines, rooms are well insulated against noise.
Parking a bit difficult. Several "keys" required to get in and out and difficult to return keys once out of hotel car park. Some kind of box to dr off keys at last gate would be useful.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The location on a pedestrian street, beside the busy railway station and tram hub, was extremely convenient. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all in place. The rooms were spacious and clean, with very nice bathrooms. Breakfast was included, adding to the overall value of the stay.
Everything was great, no complaints at all.
